The Model – Successor to the recently acclaimed and souring 2002 model, the series E21 was the first 3 series model built by BMW to continue the compact executive car. Built from 1975 to 1983, this classic European line has great potential for further appreciation in time as most first series model do when their time is due. The 320i was the the upgraded version of the 5 previous variances of this classic series. The factory upgraded 4 cylinder M10 engine now with Bosch K-Jetronic Fuel injection was pushing 125 base horsepower. It was a 4 speed manual German Classic that did not break the bank and delivered tons of enjoyment.

The Car – Finished in its original cream tan exterior color, this executive compact german machine is an honest survivor showing low miles and displaying such condition throughout. The exterior shows the original metal panels with no signs of previous damage or repairs; showing factory body panel alignment. The paint shows to be original with few road blemishes that give great character and display the originality of the exterior. Without any signs of noticeable rust, it is clear that this driving machine was pampered and kept inside a garage for the grand majority of its life. The interior is superbly original with very little sign of use and simply very well kept. From the upholstery to the gauges and knobs sitting inside this 320i is a quick sensory trip back in time to factory correctness and proper care. Mechanically the car is reliable and running and driving as you would expect a low mile 37 year old german classic. A testament to its reliability and mechanical condition, our own photographer drove this car for our client from Pennsylvania to Ohio over 300 miles without incident.
